- Your Planning Meeting

Day of coordination begins one to two months prior to the big event. At that point, you will meet with Elizabeth to go over all the details of your wedding. This is also a good chance to get answers to any questions you may have.
- Vendor Review & Timeline Creation

Two weeks prior to the wedding day, Elizabeth will confirm all the details with the vendors. From this, Elizabeth will create a personalized master timeline for your wedding day. The timeline is critical to ensure that you,your families, and your vendors know what is happening on the wedding day. - The Site Walk

Elizabeth wants to ensure she knows how the wedding ceremony and reception set-up is envisioned by the couple. A site walk gives a chance for Elizabeth to tour the site with the bride and groom. At this meeting, an in-depth discussion of how the reception should look and flow occurs. Elizabeth will take detailed notes at this meeting, as well as go over the timeline she has previously sent the couple. This is an excellent chance to go over all of the details in person. - Rehearsal

At the rehearsal, Elizabeth will be on hand to direct the wedding party and other honored guests. She will arrive early to welcome the bridal party. Once everyone is on hand, the ceremony rehearsal is conducted according to the couple's wishes. Elizabeth will be there to answer questions and provide guidance. She will then send you off to your rehearsal dinner. - Showtime: Your Wedding Day

Your wedding day is your time to shine. Elizabeth will be there to ensure you can focus on the important things. She will be on-site from start to finish, from before the ceremony through the end of the reception, to ensure your wishes are fulfilled.
